Improvement

We are happy to post that more than a week has gone by since Jace had his surgery, and he is largely the baby we are used to. He's happier and more lively than he was before and seems to be actually gaining some weight, something we were praying for.
We can't emphasize enough the great feeling of gratitude we feel toward God for His rich gift of Jace's health and recovery at this time of Christmas, and we look forward to this holiday with a renewed sense of God's love and the birth of Christ.
We face a difficult road with Jace in his long term growth and his physical therapy to get him strong enough to eventually walk, and we appreciate prayer for Jace about this. Please pray the Lord provides him the strength in his legs to walk and begin bearing weight on his legs, something that he does not yet do.

Updates to Jace's condition will follow, but I look forward to having the time to return The Hard Truth to its original intent, lifting up men in the truth of scripture and the power of God's word.
