New donation option for Jace

Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to click on the ads on this blog to assist us in travel expenses for Jace, our son who has had surgery to repair his dislocated hips. Our little boy will need to be seen several more times as he recovers from his hip surgery and continues with medical treatment for the recent diagnosis of CCD, a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy. We are blessed to have had help from friends and family and know that the Lord has worked though them to provide for us funds needed for our son's care.

Part of the inclusion of ads on this blog was a way for visitors to help contribute to Jace's care that was not a direct personal expense and that was as easy as clicking on an ad every time you visit The Hard Truth.

We have however those who would like to directly contribute to Jace's care and travel expenses, and we desire to provide a way for this to be accomplished. Up until now we have been able with the help of generous organizations and charities to accomplish what has to be done for Jace. But we know this will not always be the case, and as it is difficult for everyone in these trying economic times, so it is for us. Especially now with our child's illness.

We have included a donation button to the right of this page in order to directly contribute to Jace's care and the travel expenses for our family to get him back and forth from our home in New Mexico to Dallas, Texas for his treatment at Scottish Rite Hospital. Should any money be left over after our long journey of healing for him, the remainder of the money will be donated to Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, a worthy cause and an incredible blessing to us and to countless children with orthopedic and muscular disease.
